At FrictionLoom Labs Inc., we respect your privacy. This policy outlines how we handle data for our website and the Laumi application. Our core philosophy is "Data-Minimalism."
2. Data We Collect
For our website, we only collect standard server logs. If you join our waitlist, we collect your name, email address, optional phone number, and any optional message you provide. This data is used exclusively for waitlist communications and early access updates.
3. Retention and deletion
We retain waitlist data until early access invitations are sent or you ask us to delete it. You can request deletion at any time by emailing hello@frictionloomlabs.com.
4. Laumi App Data
Health data within Laumi is stored on your device. We do not have access to your blood sugar readings, carb logs, or mood notes unless you explicitly use a cloud-sync feature (coming soon) or export a report. We utilize end-to-end encryption for any data transmitted for backup purposes.
5. Third Parties
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personally identifiable information to outside parties. This does not include trusted partners who assist us in operating our website or app (like Google Apps Script, Google Sheets, Supabase, or Vercel), so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential and comply with global privacy standards.
6. No selling or profiling
We do not sell personal data or use it for ad targeting. We focus on product updates and direct communication only.
